Soup: Cauliflower and Yam Soup with ginger, turmeric and cilantro

Salad: Spinach and Cherry Tomato Salad with red onions, turmeric pepitas, bacon vinaigrette

Entree: Spring Time Pesto Fettuccine with asparagus, spinach, capers, and roasted garlic 

Dessert: Blueberry Pie and Lemon Cashew Ice cream

The goal of Coyote's youth culinary program is to give all kids respect for good fresh food and the know-how to prepare it well. The generosity of local chefs helps to make that goal a reality.
