LAKE CITY HIBERNATION // Effective July 2023

In early 2020, Coyote made a commitment to serve Seattle's north end with creative programming just as the world faced a global pandemic. Since then, we have made every effort to gain traction and honor our commitment, but have fallen short of our vision while overextending our staff. As we rest and prepare a CLEAR path for revival in Lake City, we hope you will join us in the Central District! We aim to reopen our doors up north with a dramatic enthusiasm and a clear plan for a sustainable future as soon as we’re able.

To our dear Lake City neighbors,

We want to thank you for your patience as we work through our reopening plan for Coyote Central - Lake City. As of October, we have decided to lease the building in order to give us time to restabilize as an organization. We hope to maintain a presence in the neighborhood during this time, and we welcome continued communication from our neighbors and north Seattle community partners.
